With MinRenovasjon, you can access your emptying calendar and find out when your waste disposal service will come to collect your waste. You can also set up notifications to remind you when it is time to put forward your bin. The app provides information on the type of waste that is collected on specific days, and you can set alerts on your mobile phone to get notified when it is time to put forward your bin.
In addition to managing your waste disposal activities, MinRenovasjon gives you access to a detailed map of all recycling points in your vicinity, with information about what kind of waste is sent for recycling at each location. The app also allows you to access information about waste sorting and recycling stations in your municipality. The app can be used in almost 200 of Norway's 356 municipalities where the municipality or its inter-municipal company has made available their data.
